Week 6| No Golf (#16)

Last week I did not end up practising any golf. I was supposed to practice on Monday, Thursday and Friday as a minimum however I had one off appointments and wanted to work on my online projects instead.

I hope I get the balance right regarding splitting my time between my day job and my online projects and fitness and golf practice.

Last week was also my first full week back to work and second week of the year. It must have taken a toll on me.

Won’t beat myself up about it however I realise that I should just show up on the days I’ve allocated to golf which is currently Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays regardless of whatever else I have not done during the week. This is where discipline is required.
