Went to the driving range yesterday (MGA) and hit 75 balls using Pitching wedge, Sand wedge, 9-iron, 7-iron and 5-iron.
The first couple of balls I hit were smooth and in perfect rhythm. However as I continued on, some of my old habits came back.
Interesting to note that sometimes taking a break from an activity helps to allow the muscles to settle in and you feel refreshed upon returning.
