WEEK 4 ~5~

Its Tuesday and already I have had 2 practice sessions šŸ˜€

Monday 15.2.16 (Week 4)
Venue: Kingston links driving range
Quantity: 35 golf balls
Clubs practised: Pitching, 9-iron, 7-iron, 5-iron and driver (courtesy of brother R)

The swing change that my dad has taught me, I have modified slightly to suit my natural swing style. My previous swing also taught to me by my dad (and used from 2000 to 2009), was already fairly natural possibly due to my training in ballet when I was in school. Thanks to a discussion with brother R, I realised that I didn’t really need to change my swing.

At yesterdays’s practice session I went back to my original swing, but still keeping the no-sway-to-the-right aspect taken from the new swing. It felt better šŸ˜€

I started practising the driver too and although there is still a lot of room for improvement, I am very hopeful.

Tuesday 16.2.16 (Week 4)
Venue: Melbourne Golf Academy
Quantity: 100 golf balls
Clubs practised: Pitching wedge, 9-iron, 7-iron, 5-iron and driver

Once again I divided the balls and hit 10 balls per club for two cycles. Getting the hang of the modified swing and feeling hopeful (again) šŸ˜€
